Let Only: / Tenant Find: 2 Weeks Rent

Rent Collection: 2 Weeks Rent & 6% monthly

Fully Managed: 2 Weeks Rent & 10% monthly

Tenant Find Service Includes:

Marketing on major portals, Accompanied viewings, Referencing,
Right to Rent checks, & Tenancy agreement preparation  

Fee: 2 WEEKS RENT

Rent Collection Service Includes:

Everything in Tenant Find Service, Monthly rent collection Arrears monitoring

Fee: 2 WEEKS RENT Tenant find fee , then 6% of monthly rent

Fully Managed Service Includes:

Everything in Rent Collection Service, Property inspections, Maintenance coordination, Compliance reminders, Deposit administration.

Fee: 2 Weeks rent tenant find fee , then 10% of monthly rent
