We are based at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX and cover the whole of London and Greater London, and the outskirts of London including Essex and Kent.
Our landlord fees are published in full: let only is two weeks' rent, rent collection adds 6% of the monthly rent and fully managed 10%. We charge tenants nothing. Sales fees are quoted per property. Every fee is confirmed in writing before you instruct us.
Yes — much of our managed portfolio belongs to overseas and time-poor landlords. Full management plus rent guarantee usually suits best: rent protected, compliance handled, one monthly statement.
Well-priced homes usually go under offer within one to two weeks, often to tenants already registered with us. We will say honestly if the asking rent will slow that.
Office hours Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday by appointment. Valuations available evenings and weekends.
